Hi and welcome to the boards. More information will really help us out as it could be any number of things.

A mod list, what motor, etc.....

Could be fuel pump related, fuel filter, ignitor, map sensor, TPS sensor.

I personally dont know what it is either..my 94 gsr has the same stutter as well once in a while. Not all the time, but at 3k, car bogs, and doesnt want to accelerate....thats when i push in the clutch right away and give a few good revs...........i think its a fuel issue though. I changed my cap/rotor/and some other misc required things to replace over time...car still does it. Sorry i cant help you out but atleast now you know your not alone

same thing happens to my 94 gsr as well, the bogging for a second, then I clutch in and rev and it's fine again. I have replaced just about every mechanical part on the car too, and it still does it once in a great while (once a month or so). I did notice that it started to do it after I installed my cai when I got the car about 5 years ago.
