Default HELP! 98 GS-r No power when accelerating

Ok...lemme start this off...I was thrwoing a CEL (map sensor)...That was takin care of yesterday...I checked all the vacuum hoses which was all good. When the engine is 1st started it runs fine, but as when it warms up...the car starts trippin, jerkin a lot mainly in 2nd gear, especially in stop & go traffic(embarrasing to be in the middle of the intersection)...seems hesitant...and yes I checked the air temp sensor wiring as well. I tried swapin out 3 diff map sensors and still prob is there. Idle is fine, its just when the car gets goin, it cant really get it goin..Any ideas...im thinkin fuel pump might be bad or the ignitor..any help would be appreciated..thanks

Turn key in ignition listen carefully you should hear the whine of your fuel pump. If you have that check your fuel filter. Check your plugs too maybe your car needs a tune up.
