i have a 90 4 door integra GS... once i hit about 40 mph i hear this squeaking nose which is really annyoning, it sound like its coming from the front of the car maybe under the hood... i told my bro to help me check all belts (incled. alt. belt) he sed he checked them and they seem fine not loose or worned out.an some one help me out...also the car has 130k on it

 

give us some more info. is it a persistent squeak?or does it only happen when you hit a bump? is it real loud or quiet? it could be a number of things. it could be your suspension.

 

no it doesnt squeak when i hit a bump. i say it pretty loud but im not sure if you can hear it from out side but you can hear it clearly from inside the car. the sqeak isnt like squeak...squeak..squeak. it's sqeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaak and it might pause for about 2 sec. then come back. it only happens when i hit 40+ mph

 

maybe a bad wheel bearing ?

 

is it a whistle? it may be your intake...

nope its not a whistle...and i never heard of an bad wheel bearing squeak

 

my intake does that sometimes..maybe its your power steering fluid? or like the guy said wheel bearing..there can be a hole somewhere and when air flows through it it makes that noise..not really sure till i see it for my self

 

so if it is the wheel bearing what would i have to do to fix it? change the whole thing but i highly doubt it will be it but maybe it just mighty be it....

 

you can take it off and put it back on..or lube it more maybe its worn out?

 

mm i have a friends car that squeaks in his its the timming belt, i dont know if i have helped much but he took it to the mechanic to get the timming belt fixed or tighten it up i think and it stoped.. i guess its worth a try =P

 

bleh dont mind me i missread i didnt see you say ALL belts =P but anyway thats how my friend fixed his =P sorry im not help
