Turbo/Hondata help
Whats up guys? Well I put the turbo in, got everthing hooked up, primed the turbo, blah blah. Well my check engine light is lit and will not show me the code. I jump the connector and nothing, remains constantly lit. Also the s200b blue box is a solid red light. Is my ecu bad?(p75 chipped by hondata) My car will start and idle for about 5 sec and then just die. If I try to give it gas it dies automaticlly. I think its because the ecu is bad and reverting back to stock program for the 240 injectors. I have 550 saturated, 12.3 ohms across the board. I also have a 3 bar map, the voltage across a-b is 1.59 volts. I am going to the tuner tommorow to see if the base map is fubar. Any other things to check??? TIA

is the hondata setup for a 3bar or a stock map?
i know when i got my basemap setup for a stock map and tried to install a 3bar it would idle like crap then die. put the stock map back it and it ran fine.

I had the same thing happend to me a while ago...check your conversion harness/wiring harness for any loose wires/pins, then check to see if all the pins were soldered correctly when the ecu was socketed. Mine ended up being an unsoldered ecu pin....soldered it up it ran perfectly
Yeah I tried both map sensors, the stock seemed to run worse. I am pretty sure the base map is for the 550's and 3 bar. I will open the ecu and check the soldered points. I also ran the obd2-obd1 coversion harness before, so I can pretty much rule that out, but I will check it. Thanks for the help, any other little details that I could have missed. The check engine light will go out after I prime the fuel pump, but will come right back on, and will not let me check it

i forgot to add that i couldn't get a code either when it happend...and from what i was told, it's usually the ecu when you can't pull the code. Goodluck man, hope it gets fixed
