Ok, so I bought a 94Integra (LS)...
Has stock motor, no mods to it, sitting on 17" enkeis. Thats about it...I dont need to do any visual modifications, until I get performance mods out of the way. What would be the most effeicent mods to start with, working my way up the ladder. I plan on getting a GReddy Evo exhaust system, and an AEM cold air intake, aside from that, what does everyone recommend, as far as performance.
P.S. also thinking of ground control with a set of Koni Yellows (Assuming this isnt any different from civic)
Thanks.

my thoughts exactly.....even with i/h/e....chances are, you will still get walked by alot of cars....but it all depends on what you are trying to do with it....

i disagree... i think an exhaust is a good start, since you need wide piping if you're going for a turbo anyways.

Ok, well I'm def planning on going Exhaust. This is a Non V-tec LS, I plan on running GReddy EVO exhaust system, What kind of Headers do you all recommend.
Is the nonvtec LS engine good for turboing? what kind of Hp can I get out of an engine like this.

all LS's are non-vtec...just so you know
if your serious about going turbo, which is cool, but you need to do a lot more research first...but if you do it right, you could easily see 250whp....
if you do your research, and decide you want to put the time and money into turbocharging your car, then hold off on the exhaust, because you will need a much larger exhaust for a FI setup than you would an NA setup...
So along with everyone else...while your researching and learning about making power, get yourself a nice set of shocks/springs and some more frame support [ie, tie bars, strut supports etc...], that will make a nice difference in a daily driver..just dont go too stiff and be bouncing around everywhere

just from previous experience with me and my friends.....its better to save up and get something really beneficial...me and lots of my friends bought all kinds of little things and bs, that over time just ended up being a waste to us....ie - header, intake, plug wires, polished this, and polished that....i just try and pass that information on to some of the younger heads, so they dont waste their hard-earned money on stuff that they will regret

are you nuts? ls/vtec engines are unstable enough unless you pour a ton of money into them...and even then i wouldn't throw boost into it...
keep the LS engine, build the bottom end and boost the hell of it.

ignore that..no need to drop 3g's for 30 hp...

ls perfect for turbo, i got a gsr and compared to an ls, damn they dont compare, but dont go ls/vtec go turbo like many people have already stated start from the block up, ls=turbo ls\vtec=all motor
before you do anything, search around honda-tech and look at what everyone else is running. That will give you an idea about where you can go with your car. research all types of setups before you decide on which one you want to go with. Good luck with it.
