Timeslip/Setup Assesment: How am I doing?

Sup Guys.
Been out of the loop for a while and I have only been really driving my car A to B lately. I decided to run down to Bithlo 1/4 Track here in Orlando and make some runs this week its been SEVERAL months.
Here is my "setup"
HARDWARE:
99GSR, full interior
98 GSR head, stock HG, ITR springs, R LMAs, CTR Intake cam
01 R replacement block, CM 7lb flywheel, ITR pressure plate/TOB and a CM stg3 kevlar disc, ES bushings
stock GSR intake manifold (some taper to secondary inlets),
Stock Intake Tract with K/N filter and sealed 18" 3>4" dia tube out to a 5" opening in stock resonator location
GSR tranny, GSR diff, stock
koni yellows F (70K mi), stock GSR R(103K), comptech sport springs (70K)
comptech rear sway/tie (70K)
MAINTAINENCE NOTES:
103K miles now on chassis, P72/C5 motor installed at 49,950
53K miles on block, head, valves were relapped on installation (head was preused)
fuel filter, cap, rotor and spark wires have 60-70K on them
coil and igniter have 103K on them, fuel injectors, fuel pump also.
I run 10-40 amsoil full syn and K series sized filter, change every 4-5K miles.
I also re-tention my T belt and check the valve lash every 5K, .007, .008.
I have done the RM mod to my AZ bought $2 bosch platinum singles
car has been drivin HARD most of its life
TUNING NOTES:
stock P72 ecu, stock FPR, CTR cam at 0 to +1 or 2, GSR exhaust cam is at -1.5 to -2, 17BTDC spark timing. I have a comptech street header with a testpipe mounted to a stock GSR b pipe and 98 ITR muffler. I have a mild taper on my throttle body, nothing serious with the stock 60mm size. I tapered the rear of it also and opened the IM inlet a bit. no biggie. I have seen 167/125 on the dyno, but that was like last Dec and 20K ago.
I have a VAFC in a box at home that I have yet to install.
THE BEST RUN:
Tonight while hot, it was about 85 deg-ish and humid. I have balding es-100 tires. I had them at 27psi hot F and 42 hot R. My koni yels up front were 1 and 1/4 turn up from the soft side.

I just really am interested in how much yall think this time or car could improve. Any input is welcome
I am just wanting to see if anyone could take this info and help me arrive at an idea of how my car is performing.
