Clutch
ECU power
ECU ground
12+ constant from ECU to various engine sensors.
ECU leads to each of the 4 cylinders (if two are off, car wont run)
these are just to list a few.
The clutch interlock switch is probably the easiest since everything is already there around the steering wheel/pedals area. Also you can try the sarter relay.

Try this ignition kill switch . This is the one I use along with alarm , fuel cut off and Denver boot ( wheel boot )
Fuse holder is used as a " valet " plus this is optional ( with fuse in , killswitch is disabled )
Terminal #87A not used
On diagram the ignition in line was covered by text , it is supposed to show switch connecting to ignition in wire

uh... in your setup above there is absolutely no point in having the relay installed.
The diaganol line between the line from the SWITCH to pin 85 and the the line from 30 to IGNITION OUTPUT shouldn't be there. otherwise the switch is going to carry a heavy load like the relay. if you delete the line going between pins 85 and 30, then the load will all be carried by the relay and the switch will only have to power and control the relay, which is the way you'd want it.
Or maybe I'm just not understanding what you wanted to do in your diagram
