Default What Turbo Set-Up Should i apply to this Stock Compression built H22?

i have a h22 running stock compression, crower turbo/nos cams, aem cam gears darton sleeved je pistons, eagle rods..

i am basically fed up witht eh car and i want to do it as simple and cheap as possible and people tell me either to piece it or do like a rev hard kit with the bb upgraded gt30.

i don't want to have to run into modifyin **** to fit and other things. my budget is about 4500$ and i am looking for a low 13 sec high 12 car. reliable must i add.

turbokits.com said they will give me a rev hard kit with bb turbo, hondata with boost, boost guage, injectors, and everything needed shipped to my door for 4500..

what do u think i should go with?
