9/15/04-I would like a status/update on my order which was placed on 7/22/04. I have tried contacting Total JDM several times by e-mail and phone messages over the last several days, and have received no response. According to Total JDM's records they received my cashier's check on 8/19/04, and according to the banks records, the check was cashed by Total JDM and cleared on 8/26/04. The order status page indicates that they received the check and the order will be shipped upon final inspection of the product. This was documented on 8/19/04. As of today(9/15/04) I have had no status updates, etc. from Total JDM. I should have received my order by this time and am very concerned about the lack of response I have had from them. Any info. would be appreciated!!! Thanks - Dave Del Villaggio

 

As of November 7 2012: no motor, no refund ($4,413.65) and no resolution...

holy crap, after 3 months id of called the better business bureau on them even the cops, or took them to court... that much money... id say its well off too late now, but maybe worth a try to see?.. its so sad to hear!

i got screwed out of 800$ on a turbo from OBX, what a pos, 800$.... 2 psi boost, 10 minute run, turbo done, found a number for obx, call, tell guy whats up, he said sorry to hear and hung up... i never knew of the BBB at the time, but i see theyve resolved many issues with that company for people with getting their money back, but i found out too long, over a year :\
