Whats up all, i have a 93 dx 4dr, it use to be an auto chics car all stock, but then her bf swapped the b16 monster in and i have the car now. I hate not being able to see my rpm's on the cluster. I have vafc so its a digital readout, but i dont want to look at that **** on there when i can have cor/throttle/vti/vto on there. So my question is: Can u take a nice reverse glow MANUAL set up, and install it in place of my shitty lookin stock AUTOMATIC dx bezels???????????????????????????

oh yeah and i dont want a huge 5" tach sittin near my window for COPS to see and get all curious on what i got under hood, ya feel me? (or some poser)

you can take the rpm gauge from an ex or si cluster and hook it up to your tach you have right now.

 

It doesn't matter if your gauge cluster is automatic or manual. About the RPMs you prolly just fucked up when you hooked up the gay AFC (why are you using that piece of **** anyways), check all your connections. Speedo will work either way if you VSS is working fine and you didn't foget to plug everything back in.

BTW reverse glow is really gay.

Keep the stock gauge cluster, don't even change it to EX, or JDM SIR II or some **** like that. It's way cooler scaring the living **** out of the people when you go 2000rpms past the redline.

but reverse glow is gay, hurts your eyes and lets everybody around you see the gay blue light. Plus the numbers and all the lines are fucken ghetto on it.

Wonna buy an LS gauge cluster? could make it fit with few modifications.

don't call me dumbass, so what does that b16 rev to? 8200rpms, what does dx motor rev to something like 6200 rpms 6500 rpms. Close to 2000rpms right. EAT ****. Just trying to help you out.

Check your connections.

I don't drive a civic anymore, just work on them. And no it was white.

Check if you get a singal rpms from the wire behind the gauge cluster. I believe it is blue but I don't remember of top of my head.
