Re: (cxSHOE)
What are your camber and toe settings? Offset and wheel width? Tire Brand?Rolling the lip is easy, but hell on your paint. I scored the paint first so it would crack at the score line (on the fender lip. I then used a pair of vice grips to do the deed, and a metal pipe to clean up. I know of people using ball peen hammers to do the job as well - you can get the lip totally flat against the fender with this technique. Work slowy. Some people heat the paint with a torch to soften it up, but I'm not that brave!
I'm trying to figure out if I can get a set of 215/45/16 Azenis on 16x7s with a 45mm offset under my 99 SI. I run a 2" drop for autocross, and -2 camber. So far the jury is out... any help is appreciated (sorry to thread jack)

you do realize the stock tire size is 175/65-13 rite?
anyways, i ran 205/45-16 on 16x7 slips, +42 offset for a while. on GC coilovers and a 1 finger gap, i rarely rubbed. but with stock springs and struts, it rubbed quite a bit.

Re: (nichols_si)
you need to roll it then tap it with a light mallet to flatten it out and trim the edge of the bumper that folds in...i had 215x45x16's in the rear of my hatch...looks good adn tucked

Right now I'm running 95 GSR's (15 in) with Koni reds cup kit and THAT rubs on the passenger side front. I cut the plastic inside...no help. Still rubs and can't make full U-Turns w/out rubbing. Don't know if it's a suspension issue.
