Ok maybe I am overlooking it but where is the alternator fuse located on a 95 GSR? I looked on both fuse box covers and none of them have a marking to indicate it. I would like to check it because my speedometer is not working and I am throwing a CEL code 17 and cleaning the VSS has done nothing.

 

anyone? Trying to fix this as I type and search yielded no helpful results.

 

one more time before I go crazy. I can't believe no one has responded yet. Still waiting so I can fix this and drive my car.

 

Look under dash or under the engine bay

or maybe there isn't an altenator fuse I'm not 100% sure.

that reminds me...i have an "after market" 10 guage power cable (red) running all the way from the alternator to the battery in my gsr... it's not suppose to be like that is it?

You looked in the fuse box under the dash?
