checking codes with obd1 conversion
when jumping diagnostic link what should i look for to actually tell its in i guess "looking for codes" mode, when i jump it should the cel come on ? or do something
depending on what harness you have bought/made
Theres a pin on the ecu you jump to ground (i hooked to a toggle so its easier) then your check engine light in the car will stay on solid, thta means no codes, if it flashes thats your code.
