Default What kind of Studs, Bolts, Nuts etc... for Turbo Setup?

Installing a turbo kit soon. I was planning on using studs and locknuts/washers to connect everything. I was going to use this:

10mm Studs for connecting the turbo/manifold with locknuts/washer
8mm Studs for connecting the turbo to downpipe with locknuts/washer
8mm studs for connecting the manifold to the block with locknuts/washer

Is this the correct way to do this install or should I use something else? Parts are revhard manifold, revhard downpipe, and t3/t4 turbo. I have read some people say no to use washers and to just use to locknuts on each stud, let me know what's up. Thanx.
