My map sensor clip is broken...so now the map sensor socket I guess slips out of its place pretty much every corner u take. I used some electrical tape to hold it in place but that only lasted 300 miles...I'm using some duct tape now....but what would u reccomend to fix the clip?

electrical tape is better than duct IMO

 

yeah it is...but I had like 10 layers of it...and eventually it melted enough for it to be able to rip

 

zIP TIE IT. Worked well for me. Dont go around it, zip it from the back of the connector to the map sensor.

 

thats what I did wiht the tape...the zip ties I have aren't long enough for some reason....I guess I'll need to pick some up at pep boys.

you can use 2 zip ties together to make 1 bigger one........ just a thought
