Ok, Im trying to get everything I can bought before I take the parts into a shop. They wont tell me what I need till they need it, so I can buy from them....so I'll write down everything I have, and everyone tell me what else I need(Gaskets, Sensors, ect...)

VTEC timing belt if your using a VTEC water pump. vice-versa
ARP head studs
B16 ECU
rod and main bearings
get everything balanced

i cant think of anything else. but it sounds like your set

every thing he said but (imo) i don't think you need a block guard unless boosting or nos.
block girlde most definatly.
dont forget that if you do the vtec oil pump you need a vtec windage tray and pick up.
also recomend doing the arp rod bolts as well.
while you have everything torn appart i would also revomend doing a complete gasket kit.

 

I have been looking for info regarding my lsvtec as well. What is the block guard that everyone talks about?

block guard is garbage even on forced induction.

and the only thing i highly recommend is arp rod bolts, this is the weak link in Ls/vtec setups,
