Default Tranny removal!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hey everybody. I'm pulling my Y1 on my B16, and putting in a YS1. I need some help on order of removal(what and when)to get the old one out. Please, please help. Thanks..

I also need helms info for torque specs on a YS1. I imagine all B-series cable trannies use the same torque. I'm not sure though.....
