lately ive been wondering why in the hell my header keeps leaking, ive replaced the gasket like 5times already. so i took off my header, to find that my flanges are warped... just a little on each side to make a considerable opening. what do u guys think i should do?

my machine shops around here wont mill steel. What should i do to fix this? thanks in advance

 

double the gaskets. it should be enough to stop the leak.

 

not a bad idea... hope it works.. if not then i jus ruined 2 gaskets instead of one... lol
