not nessecairly, you could just have a bad spark plug gasket. i had this problem with #3 cyl plug and i freaked. then i replaced the gaskets and it was fine ever since

Tell me how that would relate to oil being on the electrode. Oil would be on the insulator if that was the case. If oil is leaking into the cylinder from above the spark plug the obviously something will be leaking out of that whole. Probably causing a fire or just blowing the spark plug out of the head.
