t3 isnt to big on a SOHC......i have a T3 on my crx with the stock rad and i have no problem with it hitting it at all...my T3 spools at 1800RPM...Dont use the HF manifold bc u will run into more problems..make or buy a log mani..i have one for sale..but it has the IHI flange on it..u can cut that off an weld on a t3 flange....

Yes a t3 will work fine with the stock radiator.
And no, HF manifolds are NOT junk. You wont have any problems with gaskets
blowing unless one of your surfaces is not flat.

T25's shouldnt be hard to get a hold of. I would rather go with the T25 anyway, if nothing else you could upgrade with T28 parts and have a bad-*** setup with no lag/excellent response.

Check out this turbo setup on my 88 si. Log mani. t3 .46/.42 . external wastegate. It has a dyno sheet at 5psi and is getting dyno'd this weekend again at 9psi. the t3 has alot of top end power over a t25!

From my understanding, the T25 is pretty much the same as a TD04. The TD04 is more druable... T25 is garbage from what the turbo fanatics say.

TD04 is what the Greddy kit comes with. Depending on the trim, it has petential at lower RPM, but not much to offer up top.

A T3 with the right trims should give decent lower rpm responce with more to offer up top.

I would guess it would be up to the driver as to which to select. IF you're on the freeway a lot, then the T3 makes more sense. For stoplight to stoplight a TD04( throw the T25 in the trash) seems better IMO.

a T25 is the way to go on a stock internal sohc. it spools really fast and only boosts till around 6 or 7 grand which is enough for a sohc. i have a t25 , adpater plate and std manifold now on my 89

I hate seeing this kind of bullshit mis-information being posted. I run a t25 with a HF manifold and have had NO problems with gaskets what so ever. The only problems that anyone runs into with hte HF mani are related to having to remove the a/c and the fact that it hangs so low.

the only real problem i ran into was that i needed to clock the turbo so the compressor side didnt hit the crossmember and so the return line had room. i love the t25 on my d15, spools very quickly

Also, for only 8psi, you dont need an upgraded fuel pump. Im running a setup very similiar to what your using with turboedit and works pretty nicely

too many variables to just name off a milage or even a range of milage.
