my plugs fouled out and the only place open right now is walmart and i think they dont have ngk bkre7. what are the numbers for 1 step colder on other brands of plugs?

here is another dumb question. when u foul your plugs cant u just clean them off or r they ruined? i no u can do that with your o2 sensor.
