Default Bypassing the FITV???

I just put reground cams in my car.... well anyways, car runs great and pulls hard but it seemed to make my cold ide raise to like 3 grand and normal idle at like 1500. Well, i took off the intake and my butterfly on the TB wasn't closing all the way so I loosened the throttle cable. Cold idle went down....DUH! Well now when it warms up it wants to die because the idle drops below 400. So I want to bypass my cold idle because it is VERY ANNOYING! and just set my idle at about 900 rpms. Has anyone done this? let me know. Thanks
