Help me find a home for these connectors???
Trying to finish putting the motor back in my car, and the guy I paid to do it seems to have forgotten about me, so I'm trying to do this myself... I found connectors for almost all of the plugs on my engine harness, except for these 6.. Any ideas where these go? I've searched the engine bay for 2 days now, and can't find where these go... They're in the pictures below.. Any help is greatly appreciated...
Bigger one looks like a ground eye terminal, and the smaller one is just a female spade lug, but where's the male???

These 2 come off the same part of the harness as the dizzy and vtec wires...
And these 2 are just hanging out below the intake manifold, chillin' with the oil filter... The bigger one has tape on it from when the swap was done, but I can't read the writing on it anymore... I think it says some sort of sensor, but dunno...
By the way, the car is a 98 Civic EX, and the motor is OBD1 GSR...

Here are a couple of guesses... not sure about everything.
Image 1: The flat connector w/o the boot looks like the ground that connects to the thermostat housing. Not sure on the other one.
Image 2: O2 sensor connectors? Should be 2 on the 98 harness, I think...
Image 3: One of those (maybe the smaller one?) may be for the crank sensor, which I don't believe is present on your engine.
Feel free to correct any of this.

In the top picture the one with out the boot on it is a ground. The other wire is for your starter.
Second picture looks like it might be for your TPS, and purge control but I don't know why they would be all the way over by the dizzy.
I'm not sure on the last one.A lot of the plugs look the same its hard to tell when I don't know which ones are already plugged in. Post up the colours of the wires in the plugs.

I've got 2 o2 sensors... I found the plug for the one in front of the cat, and the one after the cat has a harness that goes right into the bottom of the car, so I'm not sure...
I have a sensor on the back side of the throttle body, but can't find a connector for that one... And the ones in the 2nd image won't reach...
I was also looking harder last night, and I found another plug waaaay up fron the bottom, looks like there's a sensor on one of the heater core lines, but not sure.... It's a little round 2 prong plug, black in color...
I'll get the wire colors of all of the leftover plugs when I get home later this morning after this BS morning meeting... blah...
Thanks!

Okay... Just went out and checked the wire colors on all of these plugs...
Image 1: The small female spade terminal is a heavy-gauge black/white wire.
Image 2: Plug labled "1" has 3 wires: yellow/red, green/white and red/green
The other one has 2 wires: red/yellow and green
Image 3: The smaller plug has only one red/blue wire
The larger plug has 3 wires: white/red, brown/black and blue/red.
Any more ideas???

Found both connectors in image 2... One went to the back side of the throttle body, and the other went to a sensor down below the IM... I also hooked that ground terminal up to the screw on the t-stat housing... The bolt was half out, and I know that it didn't need to come off to pull the engine, so it just seems logical that it goes there...
first pic:
ground to thermostat housing and starter.
2nd pic:
1: as far as the colors your describing should be the map
the other could be the iat if it would be red/yel and grn/black
pic 3:
The smaller plug has only one red/blue wire: ks sensor
the other:mmmm
edit: chit too late

did you do the wiring up yourself???</TD></TR></TABLE>
No, I didn't do the wiring... The guys that did the swap 2 years ago did... I'm just trying to put the motor back in after the rebuild, after I dropped a valve...
I sure wish I could find a picture of a B18C that showed exactly where the KS and VSS are... *hint hint* lol... I searched h-t and google last night for like 30 minutes, but couldn't find much....

Was just outside checking again for where those plugs go, and found yet another dangling connector that has no home...
It's coming from the part of the harness that goes up to the injectors, and is a circular plug with 2 wires... Pink/Blue and Black... Any ideas on THAT one??
I was in the process of taking a picture, but the battery died as I hit the button... I'll put a pic up later, after I get some batteries...
Thanks for your help guys!

Holy crap... Didn't even think of that... Wire seems just long enough... But... I thought the secondaries were controlled by vacuum? I didn't think there was an actuator or solenoid or whatever... Lemme check...
