how do racing seats fit in crx
Im 6'3, and with the stock seats i can say that i can drive the car and be comftorble, now i dont want to invest in seats and have them sit too high, or too close to steering, anyone know a good racing seat for the Crx, anyone know about the Recaro's SRD's how they fit, just lookin for input, thanks lads....
U have to buy Rails! I believe that VISION sells supperlow rails, so basically u sit lower since ur 6'3. Also i think Recaro SRD sits kinda high, so if i were u get a Recaro SPG seats cuz u can get different sizes
My Sparco Milano's sit rather high. I would like to find a set of rails that would lower them so they would sit closer to stock height.
Are you talking about actual racing seats, or just "sporty" seats. I'm 6'1" and I have a Sparco Corsa mounted to the floor of my CRX with good results. My sunroof is welded shut which gives me a little extra head room, but you should be able to find the mounting position that suits you. We'll need to know what seat you're talking about first since they may have slightly different mounting options (side/bottom).

WRONG!!!!
With the CRX, the sunroof opening is in front of your head, not above it. (with your seat all the way back like us tall people need it) above your head is the sunroof motor which means you get LESS headroom with the Si.
Like Travis said get a seat that has bottom mounting capability and bolt it straight to the floor. You'll be the only one who can drive it but you'll be comfortable.

Actually mine's a side mount, but either will work, they just have to be done a little differently with the CRX floor pan.
