Default combustion chamber

I was wondering, if I increase the bore size on a GSR block to 84mm would I also have to increase the size of the combustion chambers on a b16a head to accomindate the increased bore size of the block?

some people do but i wouldnt suggest it because the piston that your planning on using is designed to work with the stock chamber dimensions ,but then again is this turbo or all motor ?? if its turbo then it is suggested if all mmotor no unless you have pistons made specifically for that ...
