Default Tubular Control Arms?

I'm replacing my upper control arms on my 93 prelude. My mechanic told me to look for tubular control arms with rebuilable ball joints to go along with my current suspension mods. I've only found these for american cars, anybody know if they make them for hondas and if not any suggestions on what kind to get?

There are aftermarket control arms for Civics & Integras, but I don't know of any that are available for other Honda platforms.

The only thing you can do is press out and replace the stock ball-joints with SPC ball-joint camber kits.
