VTEC Oil Pressure Switch (Code 22) but VTEC works?!?!

OBD1 JDM P13 ECU.

I can't get rid of Code 22 but VTEC is working.

anybody ever experience this? VTEC has always worked flawlessly - no question about it.

Have you tried removing the plugs from the ECU itself to ensure there is no power so it can reset?

I have a kill switch that i use fairly often.. cuts the power completely.
