i found out why my car is in limp mode or safe mode i took it to a local shop that does swaps had to pay them 65 $ an hour they traced it down to the crank angle sensor they said my stock engine harness crank angle is plug b10 & b12 and the pins are in there nice and tight but there are no pins from the locash jumper harness going into them to give those two wires a signal.


anyone know how to fix this i have the stock crx 1990 crx engine harness

and a p28 ecu where can or were do i run the sensor wires from there harness from the ecu or jumper harness into plugs b10 & b1

help would be great

just run two wires from the crank angle sensor directly to those pins.

blue/green
blue/yellow

those are the wire colors

 

yes exactly i can take those wires from the dizzy and run them to b10 and b12 which they already are!
hence not getting a signal since no ecu signal to plug

but there is no wires coming from the ecu to the jumper into b10 and b12

i will have to hard wire the crank angle sensors from the p28 ecu to the b plug which locash should have done but they didnt i think they are sick of me now lol

but i dont know how or where to wire them from i know where to go with them though
