Greetings all,

I purchased a car with a rebuilt title, whoops! so i've inherited some fix ups. Does anyone know what could be going on, i thought it was perhaps a fuse problem, but just found a listing for the fuses and can't figure out what the problem is now. Here's what i've got a '95 civic coupe, the horn doesn't work, the inside fan blower works on settings 3 & 4 but not 1 or 2, and the wipers work, but not the delayed setting. I can live without fixing them, but it sure would be nice, esp. the horn for safety reason, obviously. Any leads out there?
