Default how do i get rid of emmissions

Ok i live in minnesota and i dont need emissions so i was wondering how do i get rid of that black canister and what do i plug up becaause with my motor swap i dont have a evap purge so its just collecting gas

Theres no emissions in minnesota???? Wow... I wish i lived there.

What black canister? The pcv valve?

I don't think taking out charcoal canister will increase your performance, you might as well leave it it......save the planet.....

Taking it out does make your engine bay look more roomy though.

im a smog technician here in cali and
the charcoal canistor wont hurt performance what it does is store excess fuel vapor ( from ur gas tank)when you turn ur car off, during certain periods of driving mainly crusing it will purge those vaports into ur intake mani and it will burn them up
