This code keep flashing ....long blink...then 9 rapid blinks
and keeps doing that
It states in my helms book that it is...***19 Automatic transmission lockup control valve ***
I have a standard car. Car specs
'95 integra
ls/vtec obd1
b16 head
p28 ecu
hondata
ls tranny
and keeps doing that

Same thing happened to my friends car. He had a standard too and we thought it was a cel 19 turned out to be a cel 9. got it fixed now its fine.
