Hey guys Im swaping a B16A firsg gen into a 92 civic hb si. Now Ive been doing alot ot research and found some confusing results.

What engine mounts do I have to use?
Can I reuse some of the original mounts?

I read that you can use the original mounts except for the rear mount and the one next to the timming belt.

Any input would be great guys

you can use the stock timeing belt mount, and the tranny mount but you have to use a back mount from a DOHC delsol, 94-up integra(doesnt matter what model ,LS,GSR, Type R). 99-00 si back mount will not work. you also have to use the eg d mount that is held on by 14mm bolts, under the frame...hope that helps you out

 

I use a 94 ^ teg mount where the timing belt is and a 94^ teg or DOHC del sol rear engine mount bracket. The stock rear mount and the main tranny mount are the same.

 

why exactly are you using a 1st gen motor/tranny though?
