Not sure you might want to contact them.
You can use the rear D series mount that goes onto the cross member, but the tranny bracket will not fit as the D series is longer, and the B series being shorter.

If you're puttina B16A into your EK, you can reuse your civic's top tranny mount and the timing belt side bridge mount. But you will have to use B-series A/C mount, front tranny mount and rear engine bracket.
If you're putting a B18 engine into an EK, use the same engine mounts listed above, EXCEPT for the timing belt side mount. You will have to replace the B18 timing belt side block mount to that of an an Si coupe's dual-post block mount then reuse your civic's bridge mount. Reason being is that most B18's use a 3-post block mount and an EK civic's bridge mount is incompatible with a 3-post block mount. Here's a diagram to help understand:
(block side mount is noted as a 'cast iron' mount)

I bought the Si bracket as you said, but there are 3 bolts that bolt it to the block, and i noticed the gsr one only has two. So i can't bolt the Si bracket onto the gsr. I'm having problems with this.

wrong.
The GSR (cast iron) block mount has the same 3 mounting holes as the Si mount. Reason you can't see the 3rd hole is because (I assume) you haven't taken off black plastic timing belt cover to fully reveal the block mount.
btw, It's kind of pain in removing the plastic cover, as it loops around the crank pulley area. You'll have to cut the looping plastic piece off so the plastic backing will come off easier.... and this can only be done while the engine is out of the engien bay....good luck if the motor is already installed in the car.
hmm, explaining this makes makes me wanna create a diagram to better illustrate the situation.

Thanks for the info, i will now do that. I knew i couldn't of gotten the wrong part! The motor is out of the car so it should be fairly easy.
Thanks again!
