HELP!!! short shifter install + poly bushings= super tight (almost impossible) shifting
wejust installed ashort shifter and polyurethane bushing and tried to shift thecar and it was extremely hard to move the shifter!
the shifter would go into each gear andmoveside to side in neutral but very difficult to get into gear
wehave not turned the car on until we were sure so let us know if we need to turn the car on for any reason

first, learn english.. you know, spaces help us understand what you are saying....howwould youlikeif italkedlikethis thewhol etime
2nd, check the linkage and make sure everything was put into place correctly, it's probally your bushings. try shifting it a bit with the car off to break them in, then you might be good to go. other wise make sure you installed everything correctly

The bitch bolt is the bolt that attaches the end of the shifter to the shift linkage. If that is torqued down it will cause difficulty in shifting. Try loosening that. Also, if you install poly bushings it should come with a special little tube of lube you need that as well between all the bushings so that it doesn't squeak.
