why it not a stupid question. I don't expect any real gains in performance. I am just wondering if it would be better than a ls ecu. but thanks for your help. no really thanks a lot.

i dont know if it will work. if it does, u might be throw n some CEL lights like VTEC, Knock sensor. do u have any work done to ur LS? cuz the extra fuel and higher redline wont help u out unless u have some upgrades. the higher redline will need some new valve springs

The ecu is not for the motor stock. There would be no gains or benifits from getting a stock gs-r ecu. Just stick with the LS ecu

no benefits and no it wont work
LS - ecu for non vtec engines
GSR - for vtec engines
