they both trash...get b16 and stuff it in ur gsr and the compression will jump up because of b16 top head design and cheaper price....? you don tknow that?

depends on what you want out of it...
JDM ITR's yeild a higher compression
USDM is lower

tru....as for me i can care less ill say i have a B16 with with JDM H22 pistons!

you are correct with the PR3 piston he will have a higher comp, however the PR3's do not have the protective coating that the ITR slugs do!

i was told that the JDM itr pistons in a b18c1 would be best for all motor with NOS is that true?

any motor with NOS would be good! it all comes down to how much NOS tuning ETC!

higher compression ratio.......if you are gonna spend the time to change out the pistons you might as well go for broke, know what i mean.
