Default itr pistons usdm versus jdm.

i was wondering if the usdm itr pistons are the same as the jdm.
i know that the usdm itr motor's cr is 10.6:1
and jdm is 11.1:1. If they are the same pistons, what makes the cr on the jdm motor higher?

thanks in advance

The JDM and USDM Integra Type-R pistons are different. The JDM piston is slightly more doomed. Go to http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/L...ston-Specs.htm to see a extensive break down of all the Honda B-series pistons.

Yea that's the difference.... The USDM ITR P73A0 pistons have 3.64cc's of dome and the JDM ITR P7300 pistons have 5.96cc's of dome.... I personally would just go with PR3's, P30's, or even PCT's.... If you are doing the breakdown why not bump the compression up a bit more, hehehe Good Luck
