Confused with tie bars and sway bars???
I drive a 98 civic hatchback and I was wondering if the oem jdm itr front and rear tie bars fit on a hatchback ( what I mean is plug and play)
Also does the itr front lower and rear sway bars fit my hatchback?
thanks

the ITR front would require you to get at least the A arms (theres more but i cant remember) off the EM1 (99-00 civic si). the 96-00 civic ex front sway is easier since you dont really need to swap anything out for it. the ITR rear sway would require EM1 endlinks but thats about it. be sure to get a reinforcement kit such as the ASR or beaks so you can at least try to avoid tearing the subframe

I think he has an EG based on his user name.
What car do you have anyways?

well.. he mentioned that he has a 98 Hatchback.. so.. EK maybe?! well.. you can get a CTR/Si front sway bar (26mm) but you will need the shock forks, LCAs, and the d-links.. and all the stuff to connect the bar to the chassis and LCAs. perfect fit.. as far as the rear goes, the ITR will fit but i think you would be better off going with a Comptech or Suspension Techniques for the bracing that they offer.
