Default Injectors not firing.

94 ls turbo,

My friend tried to wire his injector resistor box in and install his turbokit on his own with no instruction.

Problem now is ive wired it all back to stock, the fuel rail is getting pressure, the main relay is clicking on the pump, the injectors are getting 12v at the plug, but they arent firing. Ive used 2 well known ecus and still am having no luck. The car turned on one time and just died out. He said it ran for a second and just stalled like it had no fuel. I did take the dizzy out and find the rotor button screw had fallen out and demolished the inside of the dizzy. We replaced it with a new dizzy and still are having the same problems.

The car ran before, he wired the resistor box up, and it never ran again. I replaced everything but the injectors themselves but they worked before.

id be more prone to figure it out but the car was just brought to me as it sets and i have NO idea what was tinkered with.

any tips would greatly be appreciated.

did u listen to em with a stethoscope or a screwdriver.?

im thinking ole boy hooked them up with the resistor box hooked up still and done somthing to them. The plug has 12v at each injector when power is switched on.

nah tested injectors. Pulled rail out and tried starting. Injectors were also substituted with well known ones. Still nothing. The injectors are getting 12v at ignition just seem not to be getting grounded through the ecu cranking over. Ive checked all fuses, substituted 3 well known ecus. New distributor. Its getting spark the injectors just arent firing. Ive also looked at the relay. All terminals are still aok and it clicks 2 times when power is switched on. Fuel pump primes rail, pressure at rail....

Any suggestions im stumped here damnit!

What besides a bad ecu would cause the injector to not ground out to fire?

Like i said i pulled the rail out, with 2 known ecus, 2 sets of injectors, and the injectors will not fire. No fuel is sprayed. They all get power. and all the wiring is back to stock. The relay clicks 2 times when key on, and ive got rail pressure.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. As is ive got a lawn ornament untill otherwise.

LOL LOL LOL

I guess the fuel pump installers didnt decide to put the sock mesh deal for the pickup on the fuel pump. He had 1/8 tank, and im sure the pickup was right above the fuel level. Put it on, fired right up.

LOL

Nice one!

PROBLEM SOLVED
