Default fuel injector problem

so the last 2 days randomley my car throws a code 16 fuel injectors, but most of the time the car is fine, and then out of noware the car starts breaking up and runs like doo doo. im stumped because all the fuel injectors, filter, and pump were replaced 5000miles ago when i did my turbo setup, and it has ran perfect up intill about 2 days ago, could it be a bad resistor box, or main relay. from searching i came up with nothing except for possibly the main relay, is there a way there test it

if your car is obd1 or obd2 you wont have a resistor box unless running peak and hold injectors . All your injectors making a good connection.

yea after rereading your post i noticed that you were boosted and might be running peak and hold. Are all your connections good no pins comming out of the plugs
