Default B18C Build - Questions

First i'll list the expected setup, and then my questions about it.
Block: - Mostly set in stone, but will still take comments and suggestions
Fresh from machine shop
CTR Pistons
ARP rod bolts
Strenghtened/polished Stock Rods
Fully balanced rotating assmbly
Lightweight Fly
ACT Stage 2

Head:
B18C1
Full Race port/polish - local shop
Crane Cams - Stage 3
Ferrea/Skunk2 Nitrate Valves
Ferrea Locks and Guides
ITR Outer Springs/Portflow Inners
Portflow Ti Retainers
H22 or ITR Lost motion Assmbly
RC 310 Injectors
Oil Cooler
New Timing belt and water pump

I don't mind loping, in fact i think i'll enjoy it if i have it
Questions:
Which valves should i use? My overall compression will be around 12.1-12.5. The nitrate coated valves are supposto be good with heat, and they offer high compression valves as well. Ferrea seems to make very quality stuff as well.

Good cam choice? I want a very agressive cam, with audible loping if possible. Will be used on the street every now and then, but not a daily driver. Also will be used for road racing versus drag.

Will the ITR outers and Portflow Inners be enough to retain the valves at upper rpms due to the agressive cams? Will the Ti retainers be enough? Good lock/guide choices?

Will the upgraded Lost motion assembly be necessary? Since the large VTEC lobe will cause more pressure on the system.

RC 310 too big? Not enough?

Will this run on pump gas (94 octane)?

Thanks in advance
