i'm puting back together my turbo rex but i had to change the block over to a Z6 from the Y8 I was using. anyone know if the Y8 pickup and pan will work??
don't hold me to this but someone told me that the oil pan was different on the y8 engines. something about the y8 ones was cast and teh others are something? anyway they also said something about the deepth of the oil pans.
sorry for the bad... well everything. i wasn't paying them any attention.

Interesting you say that, since I"m running a tapped Z6 pan on my Y8-T.
Two of the bolts on the crank pulley side need to be drilled out slightly, but other than that it's a straight bolt up.
