Default Just bigger injectors a performance mod?

I started gathering my parts for my turbo setup. I got some rc engineering 550cc injectors.

I rememeber I read in honda high performance handbook that bigger injectors are a good way to increase hp on an otherwise stock application.

well i cant find my book to make sure. Are they going to help me on a stock b18b1?

thanks a lot

I dont see how.. If your getting the correct air/fuel ratio with the stock injectors then that shouldnt change when going to bigger ones.. Also remember, you need to find a way to pulse the bigger injectors slower..

You CANT just put them into your stock car with a stock ecu and have them work correctly..

Bigger injectors CAN increase horsepower on a stock application SOMETIMES. But 550s are just too big.

you have to find the happy medium between fuel pressure and fuel flow.

with a stock ecu and injectors that big, you wont even be able to start the car.

Only way I can see this happening is through efficiency..
