Ummm, wtf are you talking about?
Coils = adjustable ride height.
Springs = your stuck with what you get as far as height.
What are your goals with your suspension? Are you putting them on stock shocks?
For 140 bucks you aernt going to get any "high quality" coil overs, but BauleyCivic has been running some cheapys for a while now and he likes them.

If i were you i would just save up and get a lowering kit. Some of my friends went with the coil overs and dident like the way they handled at all, If its just a show car then get the coil overs but if its gonna be a daily driver get a good lowering kit. Im personally running the tokico kit and love it. HAndles very nice with a 1.75" drop, should of went for more but ohh well im satisfied with it.

you can lower your car with springs as well, i'm talking about the advantages of shock strenght adjustment, like koni yellow has....
anyway i would always go for the coilover! save up some money and buy the real deal
