oil pan leak....quik question to ask...
Earlier today i hit a pot hole on the driver side and now i got a leak in my oil pan. My question is do you think this can be repaired in anyway? or would I have to get a whole new replacement one? I can't tell how big the hole or leak is yet becuase it is too dark now, but there was a puddle left under my car after is had sat for about 2-3 hours. Any info or help is much appreciated.

I'm sure you could always go and get it welded shut. but I would't advise it. You should do a search in the classifieds on HT for a oil pan....people get rid of them, or EBAY...they have a bunch of crap. I wouldn't keep a extreneky dented oil pan. just the what if's..... =o)
