Default Tein S-tech or H&R sport

I'm looking into dropping my car. Does anyone know exactly how much the stech's drop? I've heard its a lot less than what the box says. And i'm on a budget so I'm using my stock struts. Which springs will be more forgiving on my stock struts and which do u think will drop more? Thanks for the help.

Rumors have it that the S-Techs are a waste of money. ... NOW I am not bashing Tein in anyway. I have the Tein HA as a matter of fact, but their S-TECHS and entry level full coilover systems are bullshit.

But it's just a hearsay.... I apologize if I didn't answer your question(s).

maybe the question is too hard to answer. i swear i searched the whole website and couldn't find a answer so any thing at this point would help. If not, can someone just tell me around how much the S-Techs will drop on an 97 integra. 1.8F 1.5R ? Thanks for the help.

the H&Rs I have. They are supposed to be F1.75 and R1.5 it looks about that on mine. Many others though are having a much larger drop with them(Patrick for one). I have no clue why. Mine are about what they are rated at, as are my friends set.

i don't have my digital pics on this pc, but it dropped mine like 2.5 in the front and 1.8 or 2 in the back. Look great I think, the tires are in line with the well, but not in it at all.

What kind of shocks do you use?

Hows the ride quality?

wow so the tein's really do drop that much. pretty surprising. most people say that it drops way less but i'll take your word for it. and someone else said in the post that the H&R's drop 1.75 1.5. thats perfect for me. But what the hell is wrong with Patricks springs. I think i'll go with the H&R's if they really drop what the box says. Any others have experience with the drop heights? Your help would greatly be appriciated.

2.6 in the front 1.7 in the rear, I have tokico blues and they ride great, cornering made easy and comfy too.

oh and btw, these dont squeek like my old nuespeed race springs. S-tech's come w/ a brown rubber trimming to prevent noise (squeeks)

heres a link for you check it out yourself: got any other ?'s message me.
