wat do i do when a spark plug got stuck in the head? i think it got strip.. it just keep turning and turning?? it wont go down and it wont get out... so it runs like **** right now... is there any way to take that out without taking the whole head???

 

Take it to a mechanic and let him break it! Then he has to fix it. I did this with a past vehicle but the guy got it out. Sorry this is all the help I can give.

 

What do you mean it keeps spinning? Does your socket lock on? I dont see why it would keep spinning and not come out.

 

I had this happen on my old 4runner.

I eventually worked it out by using a spark plug socket and some jb weld.
Then had to retap the whole.

Not fun.

 

that happened to my friends turbo car. The spark plug welded itslef to the head and when trying to take it out, it broke and he had to take the whole had off and retap the hole after finally getting the plug out. i would take it to the mechanic and ya...tell him he must have broken it....why not??? they always tell people that stuff is broken just to screw them for some money.

 

hey... are you using a spark plug socket? its gotta have that rubber thing in the middle so it pulls the plug out...
