hey my car idles at like 300-400 rpm when i start it and sometimes stalls out.......and when i hold my foot at 1500 rpm the motor revs back and forth from 1500-1700 rpm and i gotta press the gas pedal A LOT more to take it out of this "stuck" position, and i dont mean the pedal gets stuck i mean the "stuck" revving.......SO I take off my iacv and clean it so damn good.....still happens .......wth!!!...........should i just get a new iacv motor

 

spray windex on the spark plug wires and see it dies or stalls immediatly... your wires may be arc'ing. buy new wires and see if it still happens
