If you're saying what I think you are, your car doesn't realize when the door is open or closed... correct? If this is the case, it's probably just a bad "sensor" in your door/door panel. Never seen this problem though so I couldn't tell you how to fix it. Soor
well i did check the door light swicth but it seems like its ok ... but it wont let me know if its open or close no light on dash goes on for the drives side door ... but the passenger side goes on when open and the light on the door panel goes on .
i have another problem when i start to drive my (S) light comes on afther driving for an 1 hour ??? i mean i know its a tramision signal but what is the problem ? on the other accord i had it did the same but that was the speed sencer and the speed is showing good on the dash...please help on both problems

What is an auto seatbelt? Is it one of thoseshoulder belts that is mounted over the door on a sliding track? I never knew Accords had em. My 1992 Coupe doesn't.
My kid had an Escort 2 door that had those, and they were the biggest pains in the ***. The sensor for the unit was under the drivers seat, the motor and wire was on the side behind a small access panel directly in front of back seat. Heck- I am no even sure if thats what your talkin about.
I've only had my Accord 5 speed for a month.

the reason why you don't have the auto seatbelts is cause the stop making it for the 92 cause it has the airbag only 10 -91 has auto seatbelts and no airbags but the 92 93 does
My wife's DelSol had the same problem and it ended up not being the switch, but the door. Shut your door and check to make sure that it is aligned and closing all the way.
