Displacement might be an issue but if you want to stay all motor, the choice is pretty clear here: b16.

Mod the B18. Take the money that you would spend on the swap and get some 404's and b16 pistons.

yes cause stock for stock my b18b takes b16's all day,and that b18b teg against b16 hatches..

stay with the B18. Ut takes torque to move a Teg. You need all you can get. You will be dissapointed with a B16. It will be slower.

Well the guy was asking if he should mod the B18b or swap a B16 which approximately cost about 2k or so, so I am assuming he has the money to turbo his B18b.

if u don't wanna go turbo, just swap on the b16 head, go ls vtec and call it a dya
